By using this website or purchasing a Kaporos ticket through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site to purchase tickets.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing tickets, including your name, phone number, and email address. We use those details to send your confirmation and to contact you about your order.

Once your order is completed, the system issues a ticket with a unique ticket number and QR code, and sends your confirmation to the email address and phone number you provided.

If you do not arrive on the date for which your ticket was purchased, the ticket may be used on another available Kaporos date. If the price for the new date is higher, you will be required to pay the difference.

Dates, hours, capacity, and availability may change when reasonably necessary. Some dates may sell out or close.

We cannot guarantee availability for walk-in customers. Purchasing your ticket in advance is strongly recommended.

Prices may vary depending on the date you select. The price shown at checkout for your selected date is the applicable purchase price for that order.

If a ticket is later used on a date with a higher price, you may be required to pay the difference.

Please keep your ticket or order confirmation available for check-in. Your ticket number and QR code may be shown electronically on your phone, or printed as a PDF, unless we specify otherwise.

Each ticket may be redeemed only according to its intended use. Once a ticket has been checked in and redeemed, it cannot be reused, and duplicates of the same ticket will not be honored.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website — including dates, hours, pricing, and availability — accurate and up to date. Errors can occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.

These terms may be updated when necessary. The current version is always posted on this page along with the Last Updated date shown above.
