• The name and phone number of the person picking up the Kaporos, if you provide one

We do not ask for and do not collect any information beyond what is needed to process your order and answer your questions.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor configured for this website. Your payment card details are entered with that processor and are handled by them — we do not receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials.

We store only what we need to identify your order: the amount, the payment status, and the reference or transaction identifier returned by the processor. Orders paid in cash at the location are recorded by our staff as manual orders with no card details at all.

• Manage your reservation, inventory, and check-in
• Send reminders about your Kaporos date, if you asked for them

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use a small amount of storage in your browser for practical purposes only: remembering email addresses you have already typed at checkout so they can be suggested to you, remembering your text-size choice on the Seder Kaporos page, and keeping staff signed in on the staff area of the site. This information stays on your device.

We keep basic server records for security and troubleshooting.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, stored in an access-controlled database with row-level access rules, and administrative areas require a staff login.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

We keep order, ticket, and contact records for as long as needed to operate the service, honor tickets, keep accurate business and accounting records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve any disputes. When information is no longer needed for those purposes it may be removed.

You can ask us questions about your information at any time, request a copy of the order information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove information that we are not required to keep.

You can also turn off email or SMS reminders from your ticket page, or ask us to turn them off for you.
